We are seeking a talented, creative, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an AI Researcher specializing in the design, training, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs). If you are passionate about tackling technical challenges at the forefront of artificial intelligence, we are eager to meet you.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in various LLM training stages: Pre-Training, SFT, and RL

Research and development in advanced LLM architectures (Transformer, Mixture of Experts, etc.)

Familiarity with foundational RL methods such as DPO, PPO, GRPO

Ability to develop reasoning-based models

Design and implementation of large-scale training pipelines

Evaluation and analysis of models using quantitative and qualitative metrics

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate models into real-world products

Practical experience in training LLMs using libraries like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, DeepSpeed

Publication of research papers in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL) is a plus
