Position: Senior Storage Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Storage Aficionado who thrives on solving complex challenges in distributed systems. You’ll design, deploy and optimize networked storage solutions, help drive our infrastructure forward, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure rock-solid performance and reliability.

Key Qualifications

Networked Storage Expertise: Deep understanding of SAN/NAS and distributed storage; hands-on experience deploying & maintaining Ceph clusters is a huge plus.

Performance Tuning: Proven track record in storage benchmarking and performance optimization.

Infrastructure as Code: Strong skills with Ansible; Terraform experience is a plus.

Distributed Consensus: Familiarity with Raft, ZooKeeper, or similar algorithms for clustering message brokers, databases, and storage systems.

Systems Programming: Proficiency in C, C++ or Go for low-level system tools and utilities.

Cloud & Serverless Concepts: Solid grasp of IaaS, PaaS and FaaS models.

Container Orchestration: Kubernetes experience highly desirable.

High-Performance Computing: Experience with parallel/HPC programming languages or frameworks is a bonus.
